"It's not my fault", a response likely to be heard when asking any Sacramentan on the street what the deal is with all the problems facing this great city. It is hard to blame somebody with a response like this. Deflecting the blame is trait that we have earned as a community. Sacramento truly did nothing wrong. Homeless; not my fault. High rent prices; not my fault. Understaffed businesses; not my fault. Dirty streets; not my fault. Disgusting smells around the city; not my fault.
None of these issues are our problem. That is something that every single person in this city can agree on whole heartedly.
